If you've never visited a jobsite before, you're in for a real treat! Not only will you be impressed by Power Design's work in the field, but you will learn about the different stages of construction.

This session is for Field Employees only. In this session, you will learn PDI processes and gain hands-on experience with
the applications used daily. Depending on your role, you will either be touring CAMP or attend a Technical Training.

PDI Philosophy

This session covers the essential principles of PDI's project philosophy, with a focus on material, labor, production, the project budget, and change orders, with a focus on Project Lifecycle and the Budget.

VDC Breakout

This course is an introduction to the VDC Department, including its organizational structure, project initiation, SmartSheet utilization, project planning, and coordination strategies.
